I started a fitness blog at Fitness With EDotJ. I will be tracking my progress to build bigger muscles and lose body fat along with weight. I'm a little short of money, so I wont be taking supplements, using weights, or eating as healthy as I can. I will post my workouts along with progress everyday until I reach my goals.
